As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for on-site technical assistance, providing essential 1st level support to all users. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT onboarding process for new employees by setting up necessary accounts and systems, as well as maintaining hardware such as PCs, notebooks, phones, and printers. Beyond troubleshooting, you will take ownership of employee training sessions to optimize the use of internal IT tools and contribute proactive ideas to further digitize the company's system landscape.
