Job Summary
This role at Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft (AVG) focuses on driving the digital transformation of one of Baden-Württemberg's largest transport companies. As an IT Specialist for Digitalization, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical implementation. Your day-to-day involves analyzing existing business workflows to identify automation potential, leading digital projects, and acting as a hands-on consultant for various departments. You will be responsible for the administration and strategic development of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, a technical field of study, or a comparable qualification through several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT project work and technical implementation of automation processes
- Extensive experience in M365 cloud environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
- Proven experience in data modeling and integration architectures
- Experience in business process analysis and digitalization
- Experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers

- Minimum C1 level proficiency required for both German and English. The role is based in Karlsruhe and offers up to three days of mobile work per week.
