Job Summary
As the Production Manager at MELLERUD CHEMIE GMBH, a market leader in specialized cleaning and care products, you will be responsible for the holistic management and development of production operations at the Brüggen site. Your daily activities will include steering and monitoring production processes based on SQDCP metrics, ensuring resource-efficient manufacturing, and collaborating closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Logistics. You will play a pivotal role in driving Lean Management initiatives and modernizing plant automation. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or chemical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in an industrial production environment
- Initial leadership experience required
- Experience in planning and implementing new investments such as machinery, plants, and automation
- Proven track record in analytical, structured, and goal-oriented work
