Job Summary

As an Electrical Technician based in Düsseldorf, you will be responsible for the continuous operation and optimization of production machinery and systems. Your daily mission involves troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical faults, specifically working with Beckhoff and Siemens S5/S7 control systems. Beyond reactive maintenance, you will perform regular preventative maintenance, handle minor mechanical repairs, and manage the installation and commissioning of new equipment. A significant part of this role includes modifying control programs and ensuring all technical documentation is accurately maintained. This full-time, permanent position offers an attractive hourly wage between €18 and €22 plus bonuses, up to 30 days of vacation, and the potential for a direct permanent hire by the client company. It is an ideal opportunity for a proactive technician looking to apply deep PLC knowledge in a dynamic production environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, or equivalent).

Experience

Several years of professional experience in the electrical field is preferred
Extensive experience with common PLC control technologies (Siemens, Beckhoff)
Proven experience in troubleshooting and fault rectification on industrial machines and systems
Experience in performing electrical installations and commissioning of new devices

Languages

German (Fluent)
