Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues within a leading European IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various endpoints including clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers. You will play a critical role in large-scale rollout projects, configuring network connections, and performing systematic troubleshooting and functional testing to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in managing and configuring Windows-based environments
