Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive operational human resources management within the State Office for Social Affairs and Supply (LASV) in Cottbus, Brandenburg. The successful candidate will handle individual personnel matters, including complex cases, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Key responsibilities include coordinating and conducting recruitment processes, advising departments on staffing and termination, and creating job descriptions and evaluations. The position also entails addressing fundamental classification issues, providing legal advice, drafting expert opinions, and representing the LASV at fairs. This is a full-time, permanent position starting September 1, 2025, offering a secure, varied role in the public sector with flexible working hours.
Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences degree or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or completed training for the higher non-technical civil service, or comparable education/qualifications.
Experience
- Applied knowledge and experience in labor, collective bargaining, and civil service law, including related legal fields
- Applied knowledge of modern communication and information technologies
- Professional experience in human resources within the public sector (desirable)
