Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Instructor at the Education and Technology Center for Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (BZL), you will play a pivotal role in training the next generation of professionals. Based in Lauterbach, Hesse, you will deliver both theoretical and practical instruction across various formats, including in-person, online, and in-house sessions at client locations. Your daily responsibilities include teaching specialized topics such as CAD circuit design, building automation (KNX), and renewable energy systems (PV and heat pumps). Beyond instruction, you will be responsible for preparing course materials, developing new seminar concepts for future-oriented technologies, and ensuring the continuous optimization of training documents. This role is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys knowledge transfer and wants to work in a modern, digital educational environment with flat hierarchies and a supportive, family-like atmosphere.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in the field of electrical or information technology
- Previous experience as a lecturer or trainer is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in handling standard IT applications for administrative tasks
- Experience in developing and updating educational concepts and training materials

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to conduct on-site training at customer locations (Inhouse).
