Job Summary
As an IT System Administrator at ZIEGRA Eismaschinen GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and telecommunications issues, providing critical 1st and 2nd level support. Your daily responsibilities include managing physical and virtual Windows server landscapes, maintaining network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, WLAN), and overseeing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SQL environments. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation by planning IT projects, implementing AI applications, and introducing new digital tools to optimize organizational structures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a System Administrator
- Proven experience in managing Windows-based server environments and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Experience in network technology including firewall concepts and VLANs
- Experience with automation using VBA and data management tools
- Professional experience in technical support and employee training

- The role is based in Isernhagen and requires a structured, independent way of working with a high service orientation. Candidates must be willing to work within a 40-hour week with core hours (9:00-15:00).
