Job Summary
This role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level support to users both remotely and on-site at Okuma Europe GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of CNC machine tools. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Your daily tasks will include installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, notebooks, and peripheral devices, as well as managing core network services like LAN, WLAN, DHCP, and DNS. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct user interaction and technical troubleshooting. The role offers a stable, permanent contract within an internationally renowned brand, featuring family-friendly working hours, a 38.5-hour work week, and 30 days of vacation. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in user support and technical troubleshooting
- Experience in the operation or monitoring of Windows Servers
- Practical experience with Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office systems
- Foundational experience in network infrastructure management
