Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning and management of building services engineering projects, specifically focusing on technical equipment and systems. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for creating all relevant design phases, from preliminary drafts and submission planning to detailed execution plans. A significant portion of the day-to-day work involves gathering planning foundations through site visits and measurements, as well as organizing documentation. You will also manage cost estimations according to industry standards, prepare tender documents, and review incoming bids to ensure technical compliance. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education in the field of Technical Building Equipment (HTL, FH, or equivalent technical college/university degree).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment
- Experience in creating technical plans across all design phases (preliminary to execution)
- Experience in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids
- Proven track record in cost calculation and management
