Job Summary
This full-time role based in Hanau involves performing independent chemical digestion of precious metal recycling materials within a modern, future-oriented laboratory environment. As a Chemical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for sample preparation, the production of measurement and buffer solutions (specifically for ICP-OES), and monitoring testing equipment as part of quality assurance protocols. The position operates on a 35-hour work week and requires strict adherence to LEAN and 5S standards to ensure process efficiency. You will work extensively with concentrated acids and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in an analytical industrial environment, preferably within the precious metals sector
- Practical experience in sample preparation and the handling of precious metals
- Demonstrated experience using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and standard laboratory equipment
- Proven track record of working according to quality assurance and safety standards
