Job Summary

This role involves joining the internal engineering and architectural office of BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, a state-owned real estate service provider managing over 5,000 properties in Berlin. You will be responsible for the planning, control, and quality assurance of modernization and renovation projects for a diverse portfolio, including historic landmarks and public service buildings. Day-to-day tasks include short- and medium-term maintenance planning for electrical systems, managing HOAI service phases 1–3 and 5–8, and creating technical concepts using CAD systems. You will coordinate with internal project teams, public authorities, and external contractors.
