As an Associate Scientist in Quality Control Potency Assays, you will be responsible for the execution of reagent qualification, validation, and sample analysis for clinical test samples and stability studies. Your daily activities will involve utilizing cell-based bioassays and binding assays, such as ELISA, within a strictly regulated GMP environment. You will independently plan, evaluate, and document analyses while creating technical reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Beyond laboratory work, you will manage laboratory organization, including equipment qualification and the coordination of external service providers.
