Job Summary
As an Analytics & Reporting Expert at PERI, you will play a pivotal role in the company's global transformation toward a NextGen ERP landscape using SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for designing the future of international reporting by developing KPIs, data models, and interactive dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making across 63 countries. Your daily work involves acting as a bridge between international business requirements in sales, rental, operations, and finance and technical implementation. You will define global reporting standards, ensure data quality across integrated systems like CRM and CPQ, and train international colleagues on new tools and methodologies. This position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a mix of strategic design and technical execution within a stable yet evolving family-owned global market leader. The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days on-site in Weißenhorn, 2 days remote) and the opportunity to significantly influence how a multi-billion euro company manages its global rental and project business.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of practical experience in international projects and modern reporting or analytics environments
- Professional experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and data models
- Proven experience working with ERP data structures, preferably within an SAP environment
- Experience in rental or project-based business models is considered an advantage
