As an Accounting & Tax Manager at accompio, you will play a pivotal role in managing group-wide tax operations for a private-equity-backed IT group with over 700 specialists. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing VAT, income tax, and tax compliance, as well as coordinating with external tax consultants to ensure timely and audit-ready documentation. You will actively shape the company's financial future by developing tax governance standards, transfer pricing guidelines, and supporting structural integrations such as mergers and acquisitions. This role is unique for its blend of operational tax management and strategic project work within a dynamic, growing environment. You will also provide hands-on support for monthly and annual financial statements according to German Commercial Code (HGB) standards.
