Job Summary
As an IT Support Agent in Fürth, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of workplace technology within a large-scale corporate environment. Your daily activities involve the configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of mobile devices, specifically iPhones and iPads, alongside the installation and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, and peripheral hardware from brands like HP and Lenovo. You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware through IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes and resolve technical disruptions via an ITSM ticketing system. This role offers a blend of hands-on physical deployment and remote support. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT Systems Management Assistant, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and hardware maintenance
- Practical experience with HP and Lenovo hardware and common peripherals
- Proven experience with Apple iOS configuration and Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience working within a large-scale corporate environment (enterprise level)
- Experience using Incident Management and ITSM ticketing systems
