Job Summary

As an IT Support Agent in Fürth, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of workplace technology within a large-scale corporate environment. Your daily activities involve the configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of mobile devices, specifically iPhones and iPads, alongside the installation and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, and peripheral hardware from brands like HP and Lenovo. You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware through IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes and resolve technical disruptions via an ITSM ticketing system.
