Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician at Akkodis, you will play a vital role in supporting digital transformation by providing hands-on technical assistance to end-users. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the ServiceDesk, where you will configure mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and scanners, and address user inquiries at the IT Point. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware through IMAC-D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete), performing Break & Fix tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, you will handle the installation, configuration, and imaging of PCs, notebooks, and printers from major brands like HP and Lenovo.
