Job Summary
This is an entry-level trainee position designed for recent graduates looking to launch a career in electrical hardware design or PLC programming. Over an eight-week intensive program, participants will be mentored by experienced professionals to master hardware planning for energy and control systems. The curriculum focuses on EPLAN for electrical construction and the Siemens TIA Portal for automation programming and visualization. Following the training, you will transition into a role as an Electrical Designer or PLC Programmer, working on engineering projects close to your residence. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a Bachelor Professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience gained through internships or a final thesis within an industrial environment
- Initial experience in electrical planning or PLC programming is preferred but can be trained
- Experience in a team-oriented work environment with a focus on communication
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel worldwide is required for future assignments involving the commissioning of automation solutions. Candidates must be located near or willing to work in one of the specified German locations (Düsseldorf, Aachen, Bocholt, Dortmund, etc.).
