As a Building Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the consultation and planning of sophisticated building automation systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating detailed planning documents, cost calculations, and tender documents specifically for cost group 480, following the HOAI performance phases. You will serve as a central point of contact, coordinating closely with planning partners and regulatory authorities while overseeing construction supervision, measurements, and billing processes. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a technical vocational training with additional qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Techniker/Meister).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in building automation and MSR technology
- Professional experience in creating planning and tender documentation according to HOAI phases
- Practical experience with various building technology bus systems
- Proven experience in construction supervision and billing processes
- Professional experience with German construction regulations including VOB, LBO, and VgV

- Must have sound knowledge of German construction law and procurement regulations (VOB, LBO, HOAI, VgV). The position is a full-time, permanent role.
