Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist within the Technical Customer Service department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for dental practices and laboratories regarding IT systems, X-ray technology, and CAD/CAM solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level hardware and software support via telephone, email, and ticketing systems. You will perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and installations of PC hardware, peripheral devices, and specialized dental practice management software. Required Skills
