As an IT Field Service Technician, you will serve as the primary on-site and remote technical contact for clients, specializing in second-level support and troubleshooting. Your daily responsibilities involve resolving end-user issues, maintaining customer systems, and implementing new IT environments. You will play a key role in technical migrations, specifically moving on-premise installations to cloud environments, and managing both Windows and Linux solutions. Experience

- Experience in network administration and server environments
- Professional experience in customer-facing technical support and troubleshooting
- Experience in independent project planning and sales support

- Valid Class B driver's license is required. Must be willing to travel to customer sites for on-site support. Flexibility to work within a shift window of 07:30 to 18:00.
