Job Summary
As the Global Head of Sales for the Clevios business unit at Heraeus Epurio, you will be responsible for driving the international growth of specialty chemicals used in high-tech industries like semiconductors, aerospace, and automotive. Your day-to-day will involve developing and executing long-term marketing and sales strategies, managing a global CRM pipeline, and negotiating high-stakes contracts with key accounts. You will lead a diverse, multicultural team across multiple time zones, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and accountability. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Material Science; MBA or EMBA is considered helpful.
Experience
- Extensive years of full responsibility in sales, marketing, or business development roles within the organic chemicals market
- Proven track record of success in managerial roles within a commercial organization
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multicultural teams across different time zones
- Experience in strategic thinking and executing action plans to achieve business growth
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment within complex matrix organizations
