Job Summary

As an IT Systems Integration Specialist at SUNTEC Energiesysteme, you will serve as a versatile 'IT multi-talent' supporting a growing pioneer in the solar energy industry. Your daily responsibilities involve providing direct first-level support to colleagues without the barrier of an anonymous ticketing system, managing hardware procurement and distribution for onboarding and remote work, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of in-house IT systems and networks. You will work closely with the IT Manager to test new software, assess risks, and implement innovative projects. This role is unique because it offers significant creative freedom to optimize internal processes and manage relationships with external service providers for cloud telephony and ERP systems. Based in a modern facility in Eibelstadt, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational stability and implementing NIS2 security guidelines, all while contributing to a sustainable energy mission in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a similar qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an IT Administrator or in a comparable role
  • Experience in configuring Microsoft 365 services and Proxmox virtualization platforms
  • Proven experience in hardware maintenance and software installation
  • Professional background in providing technical user support and onboarding
  • Experience in implementing IT security guidelines and risk assessments

Additional

  • The role is based in Eibelstadt (near Würzburg). Candidates must be able to support on-site IT challenges in the local office. The position is available as a permanent full-time or part-time role (minimum 20 hours/week).
