Job Summary

This role involves shaping the long-term IT transformation strategy for ALDI SÜD across eleven countries and over 7,300 stores, focusing on digital products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT concepts tailored to retail requirements, driving strategic IT initiatives and projects to achieve ambitious 5-10 year goals. A key aspect of the role is providing strategic recommendations and analyses to senior management, representing IT strategy outcomes to various stakeholders, and fostering strong internal and external networks. Additionally, this position includes leadership responsibilities, such as team development, recruiting, and providing coaching to support professional growth within the strategy team.
