Job Summary

This role involves guiding and coaching development teams to optimize agile work processes, specifically Scrumban, and achieve project goals. The Agile Leader will prepare and moderate Scrum events, particularly retrospectives, and support continuous team improvement. A key aspect is coaching Product Owners on their agile roles, focusing on story slicing, MVP concepts, business value, and prioritization. The role requires proactively identifying and removing impediments, fostering agile values, principles, and a self-organized working style, and continuously developing agile processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT or computer science, experience in agile methodologies within a DevOps context, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
