Job Summary

This role involves joining a well-established, family-owned honey production company with nearly 100 years of history. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting independent manual and automated analytical tests on food products. Your daily tasks include using complex technical equipment such as HPLC and LC-MS, performing immunological and photometric methods, and measuring packaging containers. You will have the authority to manage product releases or blocks based on specifications, decide on additional sampling, and document all findings within SAP-QM. The position is based in Bargteheide and offers a collaborative atmosphere with short reporting lines.
