You will be instrumental in professionalizing the department by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing existing processes to enhance efficiency in product development. Beyond technical oversight, you are responsible for employee training and fostering individual development potentials within your team. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interdisciplinary cooperation across the group to realize innovative solutions.
