Job Summary

As the Head of Manufacturing Engineering, you will lead a dedicated team and take full responsibility for the manufacturing technology department. Your daily activities will involve ensuring efficient production workflows through rigorous process monitoring and coordination. You will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes and assessing the feasibility of new inductive components. A significant portion of the role involves managing technical documentation, including manufacturing instructions, test plans, and production lists. You will also handle technical complaints, implement corrective actions, and oversee the setup of workstations. This position is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Sales, as well as providing technical support to the company's Czech location.
