Job Summary
As an IT Systems Administrator / IT Commercial Specialist at HANGAR 901, one of Europe's largest independent aircraft maintenance companies, you will bridge the gap between technical IT operations and commercial management. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering IT procurement for hardware, software, and services, managing complex license compliance, and overseeing IT contracts. You will play a vital role in the IT Service Desk coordination, handling first-level support and employee onboarding/offboarding processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Management Assistant, Industrial Clerk with IT focus, or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT procurement, including obtaining quotes and invoice verification
- Experience in managing IT contracts, licenses, and asset lifecycles
- Proven track record in operative IT support and service desk coordination
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools for commercial evaluations
