Job Summary

This role involves leading electrical engineering projects at Airbus in Bremen, ensuring all objectives regarding time, scope, cost, and quality are met. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading cross-functional project teams within a matrix organization. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating technical details in electrical engineering and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology, managing external planners and contractors, and preparing investment decision templates in collaboration with procurement and controlling. You will also oversee design and execution planning according to HOAI standards and lead commissioning and acceptance phases. This position is particularly attractive due to its 'Equal Pay' remuneration model based on the Airbus collective agreement, a 35-hour work week, and 30 days of annual leave. Required Skills

Education

Technical Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Measurement Technology, Environmental Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management, electrical engineering/electronics, or technical project management
  • Experience in leading project teams and managing external service providers
  • Professional experience in planning, commissioning, and project acceptance processes
  • Experience working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
