Job Summary
As an Energy Manager at Hüttenhospital, you will lead the implementation and operation of a comprehensive energy management system, such as DIN EN ISO 50001, within a specialized clinical environment. Your daily responsibilities will involve establishing an internal energy team, systematically tracking consumption data for electricity, heat, and water, and developing Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs). You will identify savings potential, plan efficiency measures, and collaborate closely with medical technology and administration departments. This role is crucial for the hospital's strategic climate protection goals and involves reporting directly to hospital leadership and managing funding documentation. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the sustainability profile of a modern medical facility. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (University/Applied Sciences) or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position in energy management or technical facility management
- Experience in implementing or operating energy management systems (e.g., DIN EN ISO 50001)
- Proven track record in energy consumption analysis and reporting
- Experience working with technical and administrative departments, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
