Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the operational reliability of power plant facilities for SachsenEnergie in Dresden. As a technician, you will perform switching operations in high and low-voltage systems, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, and monitor plant operations from the control room. The position requires conducting independent measurements, testing, and maintenance of measurement technology. This is a critical role for maintaining energy supply security and supporting the regional energy transition. The position is unique for its fully continuous shift system, which offers significant financial benefits through shift premiums and a 13th-month salary, alongside a structured work-life balance with additional compensatory days off. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical or control technology field (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering).
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical or control systems engineering
- Specialized knowledge in the field of process control technology
- Experience in performing switching operations and clearances in high and low-voltage environments
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical and control systems (E&L systems)
- Experience in control room monitoring and on-site plant operation
