Job Summary
This role involves driving the continuous optimization of marketplace performance through in-depth data analysis and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing performance, market, and product data to identify trends and opportunities, regularly optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports for management, and contributing to long-term marketplace planning, including sales forecasts and return rate analyses. Additionally, the role focuses on optimizing the onboarding funnel, analyzing product portfolio performance, and ensuring optimal alignment with market demands. Collaboration with Data Science & Analytics, Online Wholesale, and Planning/Allocation teams is crucial for developing and implementing KPIs to monitor sales strategies and conduct ad-hoc analyses for marketplace strategy improvements. This position is ideal for an analytical professional passionate about e-commerce processes.
Required Skills
Education
University degree or vocational training in Business, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline
Experience
- 3-5 years in Marketplace Management or Analytics, ideally in e-commerce
- Experience with online marketplaces and marketplace integrators (e.g., TB.One or similar systems)
- Experience with PIM systems
