The Senator for Children and Education in Bremen is seeking an experienced leader to head the Central Services department. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or Law (including 1st and 2nd State Examinations). For civil servants: Eligibility for the second entry level of career group 2 in General Services.

Experience

  • Several years of proven experience in leading and managing a large organizational unit
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating and developing teams
  • Extensive practical experience in budgetary law, budget preparation, and controlling
  • Experience in managing change management processes and organizational development
  • Experience navigating political decision-making processes
  • Professional experience in public administration and administrative law is highly preferred
