Job Summary
As the Head of Development, you will spearhead the strategic and technical direction of two highly motivated software development teams, focusing on innovative digital solutions for the nursing and care sector. Your day-to-day will involve leading the SaaS and Leads teams, ensuring optimal collaboration, high-quality product delivery, and continuous improvement of development processes. You will work closely with the Head of Product and CTO to align technical decisions with business goals, implement data-driven strategies using a Data Warehouse, and enhance marketing lead generation and call center functionalities. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep technical expertise who is passionate about improving the healthcare industry through cutting-edge software products, fostering team growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in product development and software architecture
- Experience in a leadership role (ideally)
- Experience leading SaaS teams or marketplace platforms (advantageous)
- Experience in marketing lead generation
- Understanding of digital direct sales and CRM
- Experience in mentoring and team development
