Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive financial and administrative management of international research projects at the Hamburg University of Technology (TU Hamburg). Working within the Finance Department's Third-Party Funding Management unit, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects funded by international donors and the EU. Your daily tasks will include setting up projects, calculating personnel costs, releasing funds, monitoring budgets, and preparing interim and final financial reports. You will serve as a key advisor to researchers on administrative matters and prepare for external audits.
