Job Summary

As a Stocking Policy Manager at Satair (an Airbus Services company), you will play a pivotal role in balancing material availability with business growth within the global aerospace aftersales supply chain. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve performing complex data simulations and analyses to refine forecasting methods and derive actionable business insights. You will own the annual stocking policy governance process, facilitating cross-functional negotiations with Product Management and Finance to align on strategic proposals for the leadership team. This role is highly analytical, requiring you to monitor KPIs and manage large datasets using advanced tools. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning
  • Proven experience working with SAP IBP, Palantir (Skywise), or similar supply chain tools
  • Demonstrated experience in coding with Python and/or SQL for data algorithms
  • Professional experience in cross-functional collaboration and securing buy-in from senior executive management
  • Experience in leading governance processes and strategic negotiations
