Job Summary

This role is based at the Pfaffenhofen/Ilm production site of Daiichi Sankyo, a global pharmaceutical leader. As an Operations Engineer with a focus on Process Control Systems (PCS), you will initially play a critical role in the project phase for bioconjugation facilities. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and external service providers to build and implement Siemens PCS 7 systems, verifying functional blocks, and participating in FAT/SAT testing. Once the facility is operational, you will transition into technical support, focusing on automation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. You will ensure GMP and EHS compliance, manage CAPA processes, and implement system upgrades.
