This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of properties in Leipzig and Dresden, ensuring their operational readiness and managing maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating external contractors, and ensuring all contractual maintenance obligations are met. Required Skills
Education
Recognized technical training in Germany (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, Automation and System Technology, Electrical Installer, or Plant Mechanic for HVAC). Further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Plant Mechanics, Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment (TBE), or Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Technical responsibility for managed properties
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of employees
- Ensuring contractually agreed maintenance services
- Planning, organization, and control of repair and maintenance work on building services systems
- Coordination and supervision of external companies
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license; willingness to be on-call; willingness to travel between Leipzig and Dresden; own service vehicle provided.
