Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing technical building management services for a specific site, focusing on electrical systems and related technical facilities. The Electrical Site Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of contracted services and overseeing a dedicated team. Responsibilities include personnel planning, internal cost allocation, and managing complex technical installations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in electrical engineering or similar fields, preferably with further qualifications as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer. Required Skills
Education
Technical training as an Electrician, Energy Systems Electrician, Electrical Installer, or HVAC Systems Mechanic. Ideally, further education as a Technician, Master Craftsman, Bachelor, or Engineer, preferably in Facility Management, Technical Building Services, HVAC Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or related technical fields (e.g., electronics, energy systems, HVAC)
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience with complex technical installations
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license required.
