Job Summary

As an IT Administrator in User Support within an automotive dealership environment, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical difficulties and application queries. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing competent First-Level support and training to employees, ensuring they can utilize company systems effectively. Beyond user support, you will take ownership of the administration, quality assurance, and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure, including the installation and maintenance of hardware and software. You will be responsible for server environment management, system troubleshooting, and the documentation of technical solutions. A key part of this role involves advancing the company's digital transformation by introducing new tools and maintaining high standards for data backup, IT security, and data protection. This position offers a collaborative environment with a 36-hour work week, fair collective agreement pay, and the opportunity to shape the digital future of the dealership.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable degree/study with a focus on Computer Science.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support and customer service is preferred
  • Practical experience in the administration and maintenance of Windows operating systems
  • Experience in managing network infrastructures and databases
  • Experience in server environment support and system troubleshooting
