Job Summary

As an IT Administrator in User Support within an automotive dealership environment, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical difficulties and application queries. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing competent First-Level support and training to employees, ensuring they can utilize company systems effectively. Beyond user support, you will take ownership of the administration, quality assurance, and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure, including the installation and maintenance of hardware and software. You will be responsible for server environment management, system troubleshooting, and the documentation of technical solutions. A key part of this role involves advancing the company's digital transformation by introducing new tools and maintaining high standards for data backup, IT security, and data protection.
