Job Summary
As an Electrical Technician at WEISS Kunststoffverarbeitung, you will play a critical role in the technical lifecycle of high-precision plastic injection molding machinery. Your daily responsibilities include the planning and electrical design of new machines, as well as the continuous optimization of existing control systems to ensure maximum quality and availability. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting electrical faults, conducting root-cause analysis, and coordinating with suppliers for spare parts. Additionally, you will oversee the facility's power supply and manage external service providers. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Electrical Technician (Staatl. geprüfter Techniker Elektrotechnik) or Master Electrician (Elektromeister).
Experience
- Professional experience as a state-certified technician or master electrician
- Practical experience in industrial circuit technology
- Experience in programming PLCs, industrial robots, and optical inspection systems
- Experience in planning and electrical construction of machines and systems
- Experience in coordinating external contractors and suppliers
