Job Summary

As the Director of the Pharmacy Channel for Germany, you will be responsible for accelerating the strategic growth of the brick-and-mortar pharmacy business for iconic brands such as Neutrogena, Listerine, and Penaten. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, you will lead the execution of a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy, focusing on optimized customer segmentation, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and technological enablement. Your day-to-day will involve managing channel budgets, setting financial targets, and building high-level partnerships with key external stakeholders and influencers in the German market. This role is highly visible, requiring you to influence senior leadership across the EMEA region while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within your team.
