Job Summary

This role involves leading a specialized team of two engineers and six service technicians in the field of Building Services Engineering (HVAC/TGA) in Berlin Spandau. As the Project Team Lead, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of your staff, focusing on their strategic development and qualification. Your day-to-day activities will include creating bills of quantities (LVs), calculating service costs for both internal and external delivery, and managing project phases to ensure all targets are met. You will act as a central point of contact for clients and oversee budgets, schedules, and the bidding process. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of autonomy, offering a company car with private use, up to 35 days of vacation, and flexible working arrangements including mobile office options.
