Job Summary
This role focuses on the construction, operation, and continuous development of critical IT infrastructure, specifically targeting server, NAS, SAN, and virtualization systems. As a specialist, you will be responsible for system hardening, firmware and patch management, and addressing security vulnerabilities (CVEs). Your daily routine will involve remote troubleshooting for clients, ticket management, and occasional on-site support. You will also play a key role in project setup and maintaining structured technical documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in operating data center environments
- Professional experience in server and storage systems (NAS/SAN) and virtualization
- Practical experience in system hardening, firmware management, and security vulnerability handling
- Initial experience in project work and structured ticket-based workflows
- Experience with remote access tools and managing client environments

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Participation in remote on-call duty is required. Position involves occasional travel to customer sites.
