Job Summary

As a Senior Defense Engineer, you will lead the development and certification of completion products within the framework of EASA 21G/21J regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing complex, cross-functional defense projects, defining technical standards, and ensuring process stability and quality assurance across the department. You will act as a subject matter expert for specifications and design principles, providing technical leadership to other engineers and strategic advice to management. This role is unique as it allows you to actively shape industry-wide developments while working for a global leader in aviation maintenance and modification. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of defense systems, from initial requirements management and system integration to final verification and technical documentation, ensuring all products meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
