Job Summary

This role involves the technical leadership of a testing team consisting of approximately six employees focused on mobile client software within a military context. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test and automation strategies, ensuring high quality across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will include planning, coordinating, and monitoring both manual and automated testing activities, as well as introducing and optimizing modern testing methods, tools, and metrics. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from product lines and development departments to build and refine efficient test automation frameworks.
