Job Summary
This is a high-impact senior role focusing on the development and architectural design of SAP CRM/IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities applications for leading European energy providers. Day-to-day, you will design and develop applications for lead management and digital contracting, extend SAP CRM WebUI interfaces, and build Fiori apps. You will take ownership of CRM Middleware and integration paths while working in an agile, multicultural environment following Scrum or SAFe methodologies. A significant part of the role involves driving the transformation from legacy system landscapes to modern S/4-based utilities solutions. This position is particularly attractive because it offers a hybrid working model across major German cities (Essen, Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg) and provides access to cutting-edge technologies like SAP BTP and SAP Joule in dedicated sandbox environments for prototyping and innovation.

- 8+ years of experience in SAP CRM/IS-U development
- Professional experience in S/4HANA Utilities projects including migrations and data models
- Extensive experience with ABAP OO, OData/Gateway, BRF+, and Workflows
- Hands-on experience with CRM WebUI/ICWC customizations
- Proven experience in energy and utilities business processes such as quotation and contracting
- Experience coaching nearshore and offshore development teams
