Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer for Product Data Management at Giffits, you will take technical ownership of the company's PDM/PIM system landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing extensions, workflows, and data models to ensure high-quality product data across the entire value chain, including ERP, Webshop, CRM, and BI systems. You will be responsible for technical architecture, system stability, and performance while integrating systems via REST APIs. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to provide 3rd-level support, advise specialized departments, and act as a mentor to your team. The position is particularly attractive for its flexibility, offering a hybrid work model (2 days office, 3 days mobile), the unique opportunity to work from other EU countries for up to 180 days per year, and a competitive salary range of €65,000 - €80,000.   • Practical experience with containerization and cloud architectures (Docker, AWS)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
  • Experience with at least one major PIM system (e.g., Akeneo, Pimcore, Contentserv)
  • Experience in technical mentoring and advising teams
